It's Slinkman (Camp Lazlo) being happy! I really like it when he's happy. He's cool with his neutral expression and all... but like, I really like it when he's happy. Makes me happy! Heh. I'm really digging the background effects I've been doing since "Rock Out Clam" and "Fan-Scout Tribute." Anyways... this picture rocks out... and brightens up my day. That's all.
